Welcome to your own sanctuary – a place where you can step away from the noise of the outside world and into the calm, grounding stillness of the Secret Garden.

Here, surrounded by the symbolic beauty of growth, rest, and renewal, I offer holistic treatments designed to support both body and mind. Specialising in reflexology and Indian head massage, my approach is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we are truly seen, supported, and nurtured – just like a garden that needs the right care to thrive.

Reflexology is a deeply restorative therapy that works by applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet or hands, each corresponding to different parts of the body. It helps to identify imbalances and gently encourages the body back into alignment. More than just relaxation, reflexology is clinically proven to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, and promote healing by restoring the body’s natural equilibrium. Like water to roots, it helps you feel grounded, nourished, and more in tune with yourself.

If you are unable or too unwell to leave your home, I can bring my services to you with home visits available anywhere on the Wirral. An additional travel cost of £10 applies for these visits.

I understand that healing doesn’t always begin with words. Sometimes, it starts with a quiet moment, a safe touch, and space to simply breathe. In the heart of the Secret Garden, you’ll find more than just calm – you’ll find a space to feel held, to soften, and to begin to heal – body, mind, and soul.

With over 20 years of experience as a children’s mental health therapist in the NHS – and lived experience within a neurodiverse family – I bring not only professional expertise but deep compassion to every session. My treatments are personalised, inclusive, and trauma-sensitive.

EMDR Therapy for Children and Adults

A clinically proven therapy for trauma, EMDR helps both children and adults reprocess distressing memories and reduce their emotional impact. I am trained to Level 1 & 2 for both child and adult EMDR, and a member of EMDR Europe and Social Work England. This therapy offers profound healing when trauma or distress feels overwhelming.

Neuroaffirming ADHD and Autism Coaching

Available online or face-to-face, this personalised coaching supports individuals with ADHD and/or autism to develop strategies that help manage daily challenges, celebrate strengths, and thrive authentically in their own unique way.

Autism and ADHD Parent/Carers Support

1 hour (online remote or face-to-face)

Tailored support and guidance around behaviours and emotional issues, post-diagnostic work, and advocacy. Designed to empower parents and carers of autistic individuals with practical tools and compassionate understanding, delivered flexibly to suit your needs.

Sessions & Fees

At Secret Garden Therapies, I offer a range of holistic and therapeutic services tailored to support your unique needs. Each session is a safe, calming space where healing and balance can begin.

Initial Session: 1.5 hours – £40

Follow-up Sessions: 1 hour – £40

Reflexology works through gentle pressure on reflex points in the feet or hands to restore balance, reduce stress, and promote overall wellbeing. Treatment will be tailored to meet your individual health and wellbeing needs.

1 hour – £40

A deeply relaxing massage focused on the head, neck, and shoulders, enhanced with soothing essential oils to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote a sense of calm and wellbeing.

1 hour – £75

A clinically proven therapy for trauma, EMDR helps both children and adults reprocess distressing memories and reduce their emotional impact.

1 hour – £50

Personalised, neuroaffirming coaching designed to support individuals with ADHD and/or autism in developing strategies to manage daily challenges, celebrate strengths, and thrive authentically.

1 hour (online remote or face-to-face) – £50

Support and guidance tailored for parents and carers of autistic individuals, offered in flexible online or in-person sessions to suit your needs.

All sessions can be animal-assisted on request with the gentle company of my emotional support dog, Dolly, a loving King Charles Cavalier. Dolly provides additional comfort and calm to enhance your healing experience.

Talking therapy sessions children and adults, 50 mins £50 can be animal assisted on request.

Dolly can accompany you into the room for reflexology sessions or Indian head massage free of charge.

All sessions can be animal-assisted on request with the gentle company of my emotional support dog, Dolly, a loving King Charles Cavalier. Dolly provides additional comfort and calm to enhance your healing experience.

Animal assisted talking therapy sessions are priced at £50, but Dolly can accompany you into the room for reflexology sessions or Indian head massage free of charge.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your session and must be paid in advance.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a loss of deposit.
